Dental Implants

Dental implants are the most advanced therapy available to replace missing teeth. Dental implants are root replacements for missing teeth. Replacement teeth are created by your dentist and placed on the foundation provided by dental implants. Dental implant restorations generally look, feel and act like natural teeth.

The key benefit of dental implants over other tooth replacement systems is that an implant connects directly to the jaw bone. It’s obviously not the same as the original connection, but functions just the same. When a tooth is lost, bone loss will eventually occur in that region because the root is no longer stimulating and stabilizing the bone. By using titanium–which biochemically joins to bone–to replace the root, you get a bond that more accurately replicates the one found in nature.

Advanced Implant Techniques and Technology

01

Noble Guide

This is a new form of implant surgery in which implants are placed in a patient’s mouth without any cut with the help of a specially prepared guide made by Nobel BioCare. Nobel BioCare: NobelGuide is a CAD/CAM engineering template used by dentists to assure accurate placement of implants. This system was incorporated into their Teeth In An Hour product, a hybrid solution for edentulous patients.

03

Plasma Rich Fibrin Technique

PRF is a technique used to regenerate bone and soft tissue using a small amount of your own blood that stimulates tissue regeneration, promotes angiogenesis (development of blood supply), stimulates cell migration, increases proliferation, and stimulates secretion of growth factors. It is
safe, convenient, cost effective, and helps faster healing.

05

Sinus Lift and Bone Grafting

People requiring implants sometimes have deficient bones and therefore bones need to be grown artificially. This technique has been proven to give almost 100% results. With these procedures, we can rehabilitate patients with even grossly deficient bone to place implants successfully.

02

Dental Laser

Laser Dentistry is a less invasive, more comfortable option to conventional dentistry. Healthy tooth structure is preserved with the use of laser due to its pin point accuracy which means your teeth have a longer life span. The laser produces a wavelength of energy that can cut soft tissue in most cases without local anaesthesia. and is used extensively for soft tissue surgery, thus reducing healing time.

04

Full Arch Rehabilitation

A full denture can cause more than 60% bone resorption in 5 years after which denture does not fits and implants may not be possible at that stage. Full Arch Implants is an ideal alternative for natural teeth and we consider this better in patients who have questionable prognosis. This type of prosthesis is given a guarantee for 10 years. Bridges are provided immediately post-op.

06

Implants in Aesthetic Zone

When patients lose anterior (front) teeth, rehabilitating such patients is a challenge such that the new teeth are indistinguishable from the natural dentition. With advanced techniques in implant placement and grafting, we help maintain and preserve the natural appearance and bone.

The experience of getting the implant done with noble guide was great. Never thought it is going to so easy, without pain during and after the implant. Moreover, there was no bleeding. The cost of implants with Noble Guide is high but its comfort level is much more. Moreover, the denture is fitted the same day without losing any time. One can resume work the very next day.
